We’ve compiled all the essential information to make your journey easy and enjoyable. Explore a variety of hotel options to suit every budget, along with camping on location for those who love the great outdoors. For your convenience, we’ve listed the closest airports and shuttle services to ensure smooth transportation for all our guests We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Hotel

We’ll be reserving a block of rooms in Fort Collins for our guests and will share booking details soon. We’ll be providing shuttle service from the hotel to the wedding venue—so you can relax, celebrate, and leave the driving to us.

 

In the meantime, there are plenty of great hotel options nearby—so stay tuned for the official room block link!

Camping

Tent Camping

For those who want to keep the celebration going, rustic campsites will be available right at the venue. These spots can accommodate tents or small campers that are ready for a little off-road adventure.

RV Parking

A few very limited RV sites will be available at the venue for those who prefer to bring their home on wheels. These spots are completely off-grid and will be available by  first-come, first-serve reservation only.

Airport

The nearest major airport is Denver International Airport (DIA)—around 70 miles from Fort Collins.

 

Here are a few convenient ways guests can get to town:

  • Groome Transportation offers shared-ride shuttles daily between DIA and Fort Collins (via the CSU Transit Center). Buses run approximately hourly, the trip takes about 1 hour 20 minutes, and tickets generally run around $37–38 one-way. 

  • Landline provides a premium shuttle service about every three hours from Fort Collins/Loveland to DIA. The journey takes around 1 hour 45 minutes and starts at about $30–60 one-way. 

 

Both services pick up at DIA (Groome from between Doors 515–517 curbside) and drop off near the CSU Transit Center—making them easy and reliable choices for guests.
